About Us

Midland Warmer Homes Company Limited by Guarantee was incorporated in 2015, building on energy installation work carried out under Roscommon Integrated Development Company since 2008.

We deliver the Better Energy Warmer Homes Scheme on behalf of SEAI, with additional funding through the Community Services Programme via Pobal. Since 2018, we've also been approved to install deeper energy efficiency measures, including external and internal wall insulation, heating, and window replacement.

Our team is Garda-vetted and continuously trained across all installation measures. We hold one of the top Quality Assurance scores in SEAI's annual inspections.
