What We Install
Every measure below is fully funded for households on a qualifying payment. What you get depends on your home survey.
External Wall Insulation
Insulation boards are fitted to the outside of the house, then rendered and painted. Takes longer, from a few days to a few weeks depending on the property.
Not available for stone or solid brick homes.
Internal Wall Insulation
Used where cavity or external insulation isn't suitable. Involves clearing internal walls; plasterboard is fitted, plastered, and finished.
Not available for stone or solid brick homes.
Attic Insulation
Insulated to 300mm depth, including tank jackets, pipe insulation, and an insulated attic hatch.
Not available for dormer attics.
Ventilation
Roof, wall, and mechanical ventilation fitted alongside wall or attic insulation, as required by current standards.
Draught Proofing
Door seals, brushes, letterbox brushes, and attic hatch sealing, fitted on the day of your main installation.
Energy-Efficient Lighting
Low-energy bulbs, plus bathroom and kitchen exhaust fans where needed.
Heating & Windows
Recommended only where a survey identifies an inefficient heating system or single-glazed windows, and only alongside other approved works.
Secondary measure, only fitted alongside other approved works.
